Spring Commencement

Faculty members who wish to be a part of the academic processional at spring commencement on Sunday, June 10, should notify their college or regional campus dean by May 30.
All faculty are required to wear appropriate academic regalia in the processional. Caps and gowns may be ordered at University Bookstores. The deadline to do so for spring commencement is Wednesday, May 30, at 4:30 p.m.
On commencement day, faculty registered to march in the processional should report to the north rotunda entrance of Ohio Stadium with cap and gown. Assembly will be under the north ramp in the stadium corridor. Faculty should be robed and assembled by 12:30 p.m. as it will not be possible to access this area once the class processional has begun.
As a courtesy to all graduates, we ask that all participating faculty remain for the entire ceremony.
Faculty who are planning to hood a Ph.D. candidate during the ceremony should also contact the Graduate School at 292-6031 for further assembly and hooding instructions.
